The Details:

  • At our salon, we value both your time and ours. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients and to protect our team’s schedule, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following policies.

    Booking Appointments

    A valid credit card is required to reserve all new client appointments. This helps us protect valuable time that could otherwise be offered to other clients.

    We ask you to be on time, or early for your appointment. Typically we can accommodate up to 15 minutes late with prior notice.

    Cancellations and No-Shows

    We understand that unexpected situations arise. However, last-minute changes affect our ability to accommodate other clients.
    Our cancellation policy is as follows:

    • No-Show: 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.

    • Cancellations within 24 hours: 25% of the service will be charged if the appointment is rescheduled.

    • Changes made more than 24 hours in advance: No fee will be charged.

    These policies are clearly stated at the time of booking, over the phone, and on our website.

    Emergencies and Exceptions

    We recognize that true emergencies do happen — whether it’s illness, family matters, or unforeseen circumstances. Our team will use discretion and compassion when determining if fees can be waived. However, repeated incidents that impact the schedule may still incur charges.

    Payment Policies

    A 4% processing fee is added to all credit card transactions.
    We encourage cash payments to help avoid additional fees.

  • We welcome kids of all ages here at Wynwood Hair Co., our only requirement is the child is able to sit in the chair by themselves without the assistance from their parent. This is a safety precaution and absolutely mandatory.

  • We want you to enjoy our shop! Be comfortable here- we understand you may need to work a little, or catch up on a zen nap.

    We do ask that our guests refrain from using the phone without headphones. Vaping is also discouraged from inside use.

    We provide water, coffee, and tea. Snacks and other goodies can be brought in to make your appointment more comfortable, but please pick up after yourselves.
